The team at The Little Dipper Publishing aims to  provide a simple, convenient and hassle-free  return policy. We would be more than happy to help in the case of return of the products,kindly go through the points below

Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 days(excluding holidays and weekends) for your order to be processed after we recieve the confirmation of your order.

We will make every effort from our end to make ship your products as quickly as possible and with love.

We quote 6-10 days as the time for delivery post shipping for domestic deliver.International delivery will take longer.

You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thelittledipperpublishing.com with your name and order number, and we help you out.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation request if any need to be placed within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation request post 24 hours of placing order will not be considered. The cancellation request cannot be considered if the order has already been shipped. Please note payment gateway charges (3-5%) will be deducted if a refund is required. Otherwise store credit can be provided for the full amount.

Return and Refund Policy

The return request can be accepted if you initiate it within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product by sending an email at ………

The return and refund request will be accepted when any or all of the below criteria is met:

  1. The package sent by us gets lost in the transit and does not reach you. This is subject to an official confirmation by our courier partner.
  2. The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or is damaged.In that case we will send a brand new product at our cost and you do not need to send us the damaged product.
  3. We have charged you a higher amount by mistake due to a technical glitch from our end. In this case, the difference in amount will be refunded back to the source account from where the original payment was received.
  4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 -15 business days. 
  5. If you have placed orders through Online Payment, refunds will be done through the payment gateway to the account/card/wallet from which the original payment was made. The refunds will happen within 10 working days of products being received at our location. 

The return and refund request may not be approved for any of the following reasons:

  1. The product was not accepted by you at the time of courier delivery
  2. The product is returned back to us after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts to you by the courier partner
  3. Wrong address and contact details have been provided by you
  4. Product is returned to us in a damaged condition
  5. Tags/stickers or the packaging of the products are not intact and/or removed,and/or damaged.
  6. Shipping, Payment gateway charges and Cash on Delivery charges, in all cases, is non-refundable

International Customers:

The below exchange and return guidelines are specific to the orders placed by the customers based outside India:

  1. The cancellation request if any need to be placed within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation request post 24 hours of placing order will not be considered. Please note Payment gateway charges via RazorPay/PayPal will be deducted from the order value refund.
  2. If you are not satisfied with the product quality after receiving it, you can return the product within 5 days,while bearing the shipping charges for returning the product back to our location in India. Upon the receipt of the product from you, we will refund the amount or give you credits which can be used later. Please note the refund amount would be only for the products and not for the shipping charges incurred at the time of placing the order.
  3. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact when you courier it back to us.
  4. The International Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  5. Please note that in case of shipping outside India, customs duties and local taxes may have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties depends on the policies of your destination country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
 
INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND SHIPPING
 
Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All international shipping will be sent by INDIAN POSTAL SYSTEM and the average International order takes up to 45 days for delivery.

Pre order Policy

As our products are loved across the globe, there are high possibilities that some products will sell out quickly but are made available on pre order basis. Please read below before you book a product on pre order:

  1. Before placing an order, please go through the product description to check if it is available on pre order
  2. On an average it may take 8-10 weeks for the products to be ready at the maximum.Please know we will work super extra hard to get them to you as quickly as we can!
  3. Please note there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
  4. We are not responsible to compensate for any delays with pre order fulfilment. However, you can opt for a different product readily available at that point of time in the case of severe delays.
